justin and i made spinach pesto the other night -- incredibly easy to do and delicious.
we loosely followed this ina recipe and it turned out great.
we ended up only using spinach (a giant family-size tub), 9 (yes 9) cloves of garlic, walnuts, olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt + pepper. a squeeze of lemon would be good too.

wow. this look SO good. you've just made me xtremely hungry. i need to go get some pesto pasta-- i'd make it, but i don't have a food processor.
